Behaviour Mentor Vacancies in Cardiff

Job description

Teaching personnel are looking to recruit teaching assistants with experience of working with challenging behaviour to support pupils at a client school in Cardiff. You will be asked to work either within small groups or on a one to one basis. The students that attend the client school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. Candidates will be enthusiastic and show great behaviour management skills. The required time to work will be within 8:30-3:30 SEN experience is advantageous but not essential for the role. We offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from £50.44-£60.00 a day. There are both temporary and permanent roles available for the right candidates.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
