Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Teaching Assistant who has ideally been Team Teach trained. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who has the relevant knowledge and be experienced in de-escalation strategies. This is to ensure the support of teaching within the school, which will increase staff confidence by responding to challenging behaviour in a positive way.

The position will be focused in Strood in Primary's with predominantly behaviour pupils who require positive behaviour support. You will need to act as a role model and mentor to children who are finding the school environment a challenge.
