Behaviour Mentor
Location: Bridgend
Pay: £89.38 per day
Contract: Monday to Friday, full-time
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive specialist provision in Bridgend. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with behavioural and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioural and emotional challenges
-
Help implement positive behaviour strategies and interventions
-
Build trusting relationships with pupils to support their development
-
Work closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing learning environment
-
Monitor student progress and contribute to support plans
Requirements:
-
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting
-
Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
