The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.
• Providing additional support for pupils who may require extra guidance.
• Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Be patient, supportive, and enthusiastic about helping pupils succeed.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
