Whether it's assisting the teacher in the day to day work with their class or giving specialist one to one support to a child with special needs, working as a supply Teaching Assistant can be a rewarding and varied way of working in education. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
