Behavioural support 121

Have you got a strong personality? Are you available full time? Do you have experience in 121 behaviour support?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a teaching assistant who is comfortable to do 121 behaviour supports with a reception child in a school in Bedford.

To qualify for this role you must be:

  • A confident and friendly behaviour support teaching assistant who is keen to build a positive relationship with a child that needs 121 support.
  • An inspirational individual who is keen to support children in a 121 setting.

As the successful candidate you must -

  • Be able to create a fun and engaging curriculum the 121 setting
  • Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Have high expectations for your pupil.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
