41 weeks (term time+ 2 weeks during school holidays)
Hours: 8:45 a.m.- 16:45 p.m. Monday-Thursday
8:45 a.m.- 16:30 p.m. Friday
Job Purpose:
To assist with the management of examination administration, and to deputise for the Examinations Manager.
To be the lead administrator responsible for the process of assessment and the provision of high level organisational and analytical support to Leadership Team members and senior teachers in curriculum areas.
To provide support for the annual process of establishing curriculum groupings and student and staff timetables.
To be a member of the school's para professional invigilation team as well as being a first aider.
You will be expected to provide administrative support for all aspects of the internal and external examination and testing cycle including environment setting up, invigilation and administering of tests. You will undertake information gathering, data inputting, analysis and presentation of contextual data for pupil assessment, management information and external information requirements including the termly DfES census and LA returns using the school's Management Information System as appropriate. You will also create and maintain the school's various in-house Data Trackers. Provide subject reports through the school's analysis tools to all departments after each data collection. To train, advise and support staff to use the Data Trackers, Assessment Manager, Raiseonline and FFT.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English Language (A*-C). NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in an educational establishment.
-Proven ability to liaise and co-operate with a variety of stakeholders in a professional and supportive manner together with an ability to relate well to children and adults.
- Relevant ICT skills including experience of data base storage, retrieval, and reporting, and the use and creation of spreadsheets.
Scale 6 hourly rate of £14.17 to £15.00
