Teaching Personnel are working with an Academy trust who facilitate learning for children and young people who have been removed from mainstream education. They are looking for candidates who have previous experiences of working with pupils in education.

To be considered for this role you must energetic with a good sense of humour to keep the pupils engaged and interested in learning. You will have the ability to utilise a range of effective approaches to the management of difficult behaviour.

If you have experiences and qualifications related to working with SEN and challenging behaviours that would support this role then your application would be stronger.

The roles are full time, 8:30-3:30 working 5 days a week. The role is supporting pupils on and off site, which requires the candidate to be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.

The roles requires you to have a DBS is child workforce only which is registered with the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
