Youth worker
Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Youth Worker at our client's secondary school in Warrington. With the new academic year approaching our client is recruiting a Youth Worker to add extra support to their team of staff. The Youth Worker role will involve supporting secondary school students in a number of different ways, such as;
- One to one and small group tuition
- General classroom assistance
- Supporting SEN students
- Supporting students with behavioural issues
- Covering lessons on the absence of the teacher
The successful Youth Worker will be joining a strong, forward thinking team of staff, supplying you with in depth support that you need. With a recent 'Good' Ofsted rating, this is a great opportunity for a Youth Worker to support students at. With the opportunity to work in a number of different roles, makes this Youth Worker job very exciting, making every day different and a new challenge.
As a Youth Worker you will be supporting secondary school students in a number of subjects, with a range of academic abilities and utilising your specialist subject knowledge. In recent years the students at our client's school have achieved above their targets grades and above the national average.

The ideal candidate for the Youth Worker role will; have had previous experience working with secondary school students; will be a recent graduate with a relevant degree; have a passion for teaching looking to pursue a career as a teacher and is able to commit to a full time Youth Worker role.
