Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a School that caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, ODD, Challenging Behaviours, ADHD and OCD. The School specifically caters for KS3/4 pupils who have a range of additional needs and often the pupils in School will display challenging behaviours.

The School is based in the Blackburn area and candidates interested in this role must be available full time. The School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who can often be difficult in their behaviours and act as a positive mentor in their lives. The School are looking to appoint a hard working, enthusiastic, empathetic and caring candidate who has experience working with disengaged pupils.

The role will be full time and School hours are 8.30am - 3.15pm Monday - Friday. The role will be suited to a enthusiastic candidate who has experience supporting pupils with a range of difficulties.

Pay for this role will be negotiable based upon experience and will be between £57 - 70 per day.
