Year 5 Teacher role - Wimborne

Teaching personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of an excellent school in Wimborne. If you have experience working with key stage 2 classes this is the role for you.

They aim to make a calm and friendly educational experience, enriching their lives and contributing to the person they become.

About the role:

This is a full-time classroom role within a Year 5 class. You will be expected to prepare the learning resources and materials, work closely with you colleagues to prepare and plan lessons in accordance to the national curriculum. Track pupil's attainment and provide feedback.

The ideal candidate:

  • Newly qualified teach or fully qualified teacher status
  • At least 1 years experience teaching in KS2
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Sound knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Personable, charismatic and able to work well in a team
  • A valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application
  • A proven track record of raising pupil attainment
