Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS2 students' needs and abilities.
  • Use creative and adaptive resources to motivate students and enhance learning.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable targets for students and monitor their progress closely.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Experience working with school policies, including health and safety and safeguarding.
  • Ability to use assessment data to inform planning and target setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
