Year 5 Teacher- Oldham
Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a larger than average sized primary school which is part of a large Primary Multi Academy Trust in Oldham. The school is looking to appoint a Year 5 teacher on a full time basis starting immediately. For the right teacher, this role could continue for the rest of the academic year.
This 'Good' school has a great reputation and is known for the excellent teacher/ student relationships. They know their students well. The curriculum is broad and engaging for all students throughout both key stages. This is a diverse school and both students and staff are very welcoming. The behaviour of the students is good and they are highly motivated, as well as very confident.
The school serves the local community and has high levels of EAL. Throughout both key stages, the students make good progress in writing, reading and math's. Staff work cohesively as a team to plan exciting learning activities and the environment is exceedingly stimulating, l The achievement of the students and the quality of teaching is the 'best it has been in years', therefor the school is looking to recruit an experienced year 5 teacher who will help to maintain this. The role will include planning and marking of work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 5 teacher to be part of a lovely school in the OL9 area, where staff and students make great progress. The school is welcoming and ensures that all staff members receive the support and career development that they require.
