Year 3 Class Teacher Required

Are you an experienced Year 3 Teacher? Are you looking for a new opportunity, working in a school with a strong team ethic and with a real passion to allow all staff to succeed? Are you looking to make a real difference to pupils who need a positive role model that can inspire and engage?
If so an average sized primary school located in the Great Lever area, which has previously been graded as 'Good' by Ofsted, is looking to appoint a teacher to join their team of KS2 teachers. The school is one where pupils are able to feel safe and are provided with the skills in order to allow each individual pupil to achieve their full potential and are able to really enjoy their learning.The school also allows teachers to offer creative and explorative elements to their lessons and teaching practices. The role will be to start from Easter 2019 and will be a full time class teacher role.
In order to be successful you will need to:
- Have a strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum
- Be able to demonstrate good practice, planning and delivering engaging lesson that meet the needs of each individual, inspiring pupils to work independently and strive to succeed.
- Be able to implement effective behaviour management techniques and have a strong classroom presence.
- Be a strong communicator and be able to work as part of a team sharing responsibilities.
- Have a real willingness to make a real difference in pupils learning journeys.
