Y4 Teacher

Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Year 4 Teacher to join a busy and burgeoning school in South Sheffield.

About the role

The successful candidate will commit to five days a week (until July) starting immediately.

This role will include:

Teaching Year 4 maths - up 1 hour per day

Supporting Year 2 where and when need be

Teaching some Year 6 lessons (non-core subjects)

The Ideal Year 4 Teacher will:

Be a qualified teacher - have QTS or the equivalent

Have a high expectation of children's attainment and achievement

Motivate and challenge children by creating a stimulating and vibrant learning environment

Work as part of a team and set an example to others through their professional knowledge and commitment to education

Be committed to their own professional development

Have a high level of personal and professional integrity and emotional intelligence and resilience

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
