An 'outstanding' school in West Ealing are looking for teaching assistants to start immediately working in their primary and secondary sites.
They are looking for strong teaching assistants who are looking for a challenging and rewarding role and have experience or interest in supporting behavioural difficulties but is also confident in supporting primary and/or secondary pupils in maths, english and humanities.
Successful candidates will initially need to interview and trial before being offered a role. This will be followed by a probational period in which after this the school will offer permanent placement.

Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to West Ealing (West London) daily
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday (8:15 -4pm) during school term time
- Must be confident in supporting young people with Maths, English and core subjects sessions
- Must be degree educated as a minimum
- Experience as a learning mentor, learning support assistant and/or intervention teaching assistant is ideal
- Experience/interest in supporting young people with challenging behaviour and/or mental health issues
- Degrees in Mathematics, Science, English are ideal alongside Psychology and Sociology
- Team Teach de-escalation training is highly beneficial (offered at a subsidised rate through Teaching Personnel)
The school provides for students aged 5 - 21 with behavioural, social and emotional difficulties, ADHD, ODD and high functioning autism. The provision focuses heavily on educational support as pupils undertake GCSE, NCFE and ASDAN qualifications with behaviour support incorporated throughout the provision on all levels.
