New Teaching Assistant opportunities in St Austell.
Teaching Personnel are looking for hard-working, reliable TA's to support the delivery of high quality, accessible curriculum in a St Austell Primary school.
The successful candidate will be working in partnership with other education professionals and parents to maximise the level of learning within the school. Within this role you will join a highly motivated team and assist them with their classroom duties. You will gain invaluable experience within schools and further your career as a Learning Support Assistant.
As a TA you will be supporting small groups of students with their day to day learning, particularly with Maths and English, therefore a good understanding of previous Math/Phonic scheme is desirable, but not essential. You will be working across the School from KS1-KS2 with children of all learning abilities and may be required to support some students on a 1:1 basis.
As a TA/LSA you should bring a positive attitude to school and provide enthusiasm for learning. A friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills is needed and previous school based experience is advantageous but not essential; we will help build your career from day one. Other relevant experience working with people will be looked at and considered so please include all of this upon application.
Whilst working for TP, there is chance for regular career progression with access to lots of training through CPD Academy and assistance throughout your journey from a dedicated consultant who will work endlessly on your behalf to find your perfect role.
Please call Shannan on 01872 250 123 to discuss this role further!
