Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Nursery setting located in Newbury. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced educators to provide a supportive and enriching environment for children aged 0-5 years old. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, supporting children's learning and development, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and experiences for children.

- Support children's learning through play-based experiences and interactions.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to learn and play.

- Provide individualized support to children with additional needs, as required.

- Collaborate with other team members to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a Nursery or Early Years setting.

- A passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
