Job Description

I am currently working with an excellent Primary School in Nottingham that is looking for a Teaching Assistant to start in September. This role will involve working on as a teaching assistant in a Year 1 class starting September and continuing for around 4 months with the possibility of extending further. You will be supporting the class teacher during lessons as well as managing students behaviour and leading small focus groups for children struggling. The role:

Working with a Year 1 Class

Hours: 30 hours a week

Behaviour management 

Supporting SEN students

Requirements:

Previous Teaching Assistant experience or Care experience desirable

Resilient, enthusiastic and nurturing personality

Taking initiative

Be able to travel or live the Nottingham area
