Teaching Personnel are working in conjunction with a school that is looking to secure a full time teaching assistant to work on their staff for the new academic year. The role will suit someone who has a good sense of humour, a passion for education and who wants to be able to bring out the best in students who perhaps haven't had the best start in life. It would be well suited to a previous Carer or residential support worker. 

The school is part of an academy trust and have a structured and encouraging management team who push for CPD from their staff to encourage self development. It is based in Grantham with easy access by public transport. This particular school caters for students with challenging behaviour so the ability to build up good, positive relationships quickly is highly beneficial. Team Teach would also be an advantage but this training can be provided.
