Teaching Assistant – Truro, Cornwall
Teaching Assistant – Truro – TA – Cornwall– LSA – Learning Support Assistant – Teaching Assistant – West Cornwall
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a school in the Truro area of Cornwall that is seeking an intake of Teaching Assistants until July 2020 with an option to continue into the new academic year. To work full-time starting in Easter 2020 or sooner if possible.
The school staff members enjoy a relaxed working environment, a real opportunity to make a difference and flexible hours.
As a member of the school staff you'll need to be:
- Able to use your initiative
- A dependable, capable role model
- Passionate and prepared to have a hands on approach
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning individual lessons for between 30 (max) students working towards specific goals.
- Giving feedback to students.
- Reassessing students and understanding their individual needs
The positions are ideal for a recent graduate or an aspiring teacher.
Requirements
- Teaching Assistant *
- You will possess a DBS certificate on the updated service (or willing to apply for one).
- You will ideally have teaching experience.
- You will have a passion for teaching and a desire to pursue a career in the education industry.
