Job Duties:

- Support teachers in delivering educational activities - Assist in the supervision of students during lessons and other school activities - Provide one-to-one support for students with learning difficulties - Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment - Assist in preparing and organising classroom materials - Support teachers in assessing student progress

Required Qualifications:

- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths - Relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience

Education:

- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Patience and empathy towards students - Basic understanding of educational principles

Preferred Qualifications:

- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Working Conditions:

- Work in a school environment - Full-time hours - Contract-based role
