They are now seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.

Role Overview

As a HLTA, you’ll collaborate closely with class teachers to enrich learning across the curriculum. You’ll deliver focused support to individuals and small groups, contribute to lesson planning, and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with the emotional and pastoral care of pupils
• Prepare learning materials and monitor pupil progress
• Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals

• HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a similar role
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and child development
