The Role

As a HLTA, you will play an essential role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with class teachers, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups, and help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful, lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons
• Provide focused intervention and in-class support to pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
