The Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with class teachers, you’ll help deliver engaging lessons, support individual pupils and small groups, and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
• Provide targeted support to pupils, both in-class and through focused interventions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support pupils’ emotional and pastoral development.
• Prepare learning resources and help track pupil progress.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the wider school team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
