A warm and welcoming primary school in Salford is working with Teaching Personnel to appoint a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from May.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering focused 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with planning, delivering, and reinforcing lessons
• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL
• Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom routines
• Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
• A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for helping children learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly advantageous
