A warm and supportive primary school in Salford is working with Teaching Personnel to appoint a proactive, caring, and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential part in supporting the class teacher and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support
• Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow-up activities
• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom space
• Supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including SEND and EAL
• Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to smooth classroom management
• Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
