They are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September and make a real difference in the lives of their pupils.

About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning across a variety of subjects. You’ll play a key role in delivering lessons, working with small groups and individuals, and helping to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of engaging, effective lessons alongside class teachers
• Provide focused support to individuals and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom
• Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
• Address students’ pastoral and emotional needs with empathy and care
• Prepare teaching materials and assist in monitoring student progress
• Deliver interventions for pupils with additional needs
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and carers to support each child’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
