Location: Hedge End
Contract: Part Time and Full Time
Start Date: January 2026

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 to help them reach their learning goals.
• Provide targeted small-group and one-to-one support where needed.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource creation.
• Help maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in supporting children in a school or childcare setting (experience across the primary key stages is desirable).
• Patient, caring, and passionate about helping all pupils succeed.
• A great communicator who builds strong relationships with staff and pupils.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to use initiative.
• Committed to creating a positive and inspiring learning experience.
