Are you passionate about helping children achieve their best and love seeing them grow in confidence?
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, inclusive primary school in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development while working alongside a welcoming team of teachers and support staff.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 to help them reach their learning goals.
• Provide targeted small-group and one-to-one support when needed.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource creation.
• Help maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in supporting children in a school or childcare setting (experience across primary key stages is desirable).
• Patient, caring, and passionate about helping all pupils succeed.
• Able to work as part of a team and use initiative when needed.
• A good communicator who builds strong relationships with staff and pupils alike.
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to creating a positive learning experience.
