Contract: Part-Time and Full-Time

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Hedge End. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils, helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and approachable attitude.
• Ability to support pupils academically and socially, including those with additional learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet the needs of the classroom.

About the role:

• Work alongside class teachers to support pupils’ learning and development.
• Assist with classroom activities, group work, and 1:1 support where needed.
• Help pupils with literacy, numeracy, and social skills, tailored to their individual needs.
• Support positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
