The Role:
Applicants will be working in a classroom supporting teachers and fellow support workers on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with pupils. The role will operate between 8:15 - 15:45, Monday - Friday. Full time is preferred but part time applicants may still apply, as job shares can be available.

• Calmness under pressure and when dealing with challenging or confrontational behaviour
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A good understanding of the challenges faced by the children you help
• Organisation and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and the ability to cope with emotionally-draining and traumatic situations
• Commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of the students
• A positive, non-judgemental, empathetic and sensitive approach
