Teaching Assistant for EYFS

• EYFS/KS1 TA required in Durham
• A Good performing School based in Durham, 10 minutes from central Durham

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a caring, child centred individual with a passion to make a difference to the learning of young children. One of our client schools based in the rural area of Durham are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to work within their Reception and KS1 classes on a full time basis.

The candidate we are looking for must be flexible, experienced in working with children from 0-5 and are either level 2 or level 3 qualified. You must have experience with Letters and Sounds Phonics and be confident with the EYFS curriculum and also have a nurturing, child-centred approach. This role is potentially to start in the second week of September, depending on the shortlisting process.

In order to be considered for this position:

• Hold TA Qualification or be working towards one
• Experience working in a Primary School or Nursery
• Available for full time work
