The school has recently undergone a complete rebuild and now houses primary, secondary and an SEN base within the same building. The school are actively looking for a teaching assistant to work with a year 7 male pupil with extreme challenging behaviours. In primary school, the pupil responded well to a sporty male teaching assistant. Because of it's state of the art SEN base, there are a large number of statemented children sent here. The school has been highly impressed by the calibre of our candidates in the past and have taken most of them onto their own contracts.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be confident with challenging behaviours.
- Be highly adaptable.
- Have experience working with children, either as a class or on a one to one
- Come from a sporting or coaching background.
- Be potentially interested in applying for a PGCE and looking for classroom experience.
What Teaching Personnel can offer you:
- Full support and career development.
- Training courses.
- Free trail days within the school.
- Competitive pay.
- Opportunities for long term positions.
