Teachers & Teaching Assistants – SEND / SEMH Schools | East Sussex
SEND and SEMH settings across East Sussex are seeking reliable, steady educators who are committed to structured and supportive classroom practice.
These schools support pupils who may require additional emotional or behavioural guidance to access learning. Staff operate within clear frameworks and collaborative teams, ensuring consistency and shared responsibility.
We are building a pool of teachers and classroom-based support staff interested in working within SEND and SEMH environments.

Previous SEND experience is beneficial, but strong mainstream educators and support staff are encouraged to apply.

A child-only DBS certificate is required. If you do not currently hold one, you will be required to apply and pay for a DBS and place it on the Update Service. Guidance is provided throughout.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
