SEND & SEMH Schools Recruiting | Flexible Teaching & Support Roles – East Sussex
Across East Sussex, SEND and SEMH settings are seeking educators who are patient, dependable and motivated by improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
These schools support learners across primary and secondary phases and require adults who can offer clarity, consistency and emotionally informed practice.
We are currently building a pool of teachers and support staff interested in SEND and SEMH roles.
Roles May Include

Behaviour and classroom engagement roles

Flexible and long-term placements
Some educators are looking for stability in one school. Others prefer flexibility. Both options are available.

A child-only DBS certificate is required. If you do not currently have one, you will be required to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service. Guidance is provided throughout.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
