Specialist SEND & SEMH Teaching Roles – East Sussex
I am currently recruiting for a range of specialist SEND and SEMH teaching roles across East Sussex, working with schools that require experienced, reflective and emotionally aware practitioners.
These settings support pupils who may not thrive within mainstream provision and who require teachers capable of balancing curriculum delivery with emotional regulation and behavioural consistency.

Hold QTS or are working towards it
-
Have experience within SEND, SEMH or alternative provision
-
Remain calm, reflective and consistent
-

Mainstream teachers seeking a purposeful transition into SEND are welcome, provided they demonstrate the appropriate mindset and resilience.
