Salaried Teacher Training Programme – Towcester 2025 September Start

We are excited to offer a Salaried Teacher Training Programme based in Towcester, Northamptonshire  starting in September 2025, designed to give you the practical experience and qualifications needed to become a qualified teacher, all while earning a salary.

Programme Overview:

This two-year programme is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to gain real classroom experience before embarking on their teaching qualification. You will spend your first year working as a Cover Supervisor at a local Bournemouth school, gaining essential classroom management skills and building your confidence in a teaching environment.

During the second year, you will progress to completing a fully funded PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) at the same school, meaning you’ll stay in one familiar and supportive environment throughout your training.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any subject

Location:

The position is based at a Towcester school, where you will stay for the duration of the two-year programme. This will allow you to build strong relationships within the school community and offer continuity for your professional development.
