Support Worker in Andover

Job description

The Role

Our school in Andover cater for all SEN categories but most are needing support for Autism.

As a member of staff in these educational environments you will required to be very engaging and reliable. Work is set by class teachers and supporting teaching assistants will be supporting pupils with tasks set.

Successful Candidates will need to be consistently positive and professional in the role which can be challenging at times. Personal Skills, abilities and experience will be used to place you in the most appropriate and suitable school for you.

Pay Rates for these positions range from; £9.50ph for our Support Workers

Working Hours on average start at 08:00-08:30am and finish at 3:30-4:00pm- as this is a residential school there is a weekend rota of which you can work every other weekend or every Saturday or Sunday of the month instead.

Needs

Experience working in a school or SEN school IS NOT required. We also think outside the box, so if you have experience in youth work, one to one tutoring, sports coaching, Custodial Service and Residential Care don't hesitate to get in touch.

We have Full time, Part time and ad-hoc hours available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
