EYFS Teacher – Sheffield (S4, S5, S6, S35)

Start Date: Flexible / January 2026
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time roles available
Pay: £120 – £200 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a number of friendly and supportive primary schools across Sheffield to recruit passionate EYFS Teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are committed to providing high-quality early years education and creating a positive learning environment for children at the start of their school journey.

The Role:

  • Teaching within EYFS (Nursery and Reception)

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework

  • Observing and assessing children’s progress and development

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Supporting social, emotional, and academic growth in young learners

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

  • Has experience teaching in EYFS (ECTs welcome to apply)

  • Understands the EYFS framework and early learning goals

  • Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about early years education

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
