Meet Hope – TP Team Spotlight

Date posted : 01 December 2025

Meet Hope Rodriguez – Manchester Primary Consultant

Since joining Teaching Personnel just over a year ago, Hope Rodriguez has made an incredible impact in the Manchester Primary branch. Joining the company only three days after graduating from university, Hope dived headfirst into the world of education recruitment and she hasn’t looked back since.

Starting as a Level 1 Recruitment Consultant, Hope quickly made her mark. Her determination and drive saw her rise through the ranks to Level 3, turning what began as a cold desk into an impressive 160 days PB within her first year, a milestone she’s rightly proud of.

When asked what she loves most about her role, Hope doesn’t hesitate: it’s all about the relationships. “Building and developing partnerships with schools, being more than just a supplier, is what I really value,” she says. Her focus on trust and collaboration has helped her schools see Teaching Personnel not just as a service, but as a long-term partner.

Hope’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Competition in her area is fierce, but she’s learned to stay sharp by listening carefully to schools’ needs and being competent when structuring deals. This approach has helped her stand out in a busy market and continue growing her desk successfully.

Her dedication doesn’t stop at the office either. Hope even took on the Three Peaks Challenge, showing the same grit and team spirit that define her work.

When it comes to what schools and educators value most, Hope keeps it simple. For her, standout candidates are those who show experience, a willingness to learn, and most importantly, a genuine desire to make a difference. And for schools, she sums it up with what she calls “the three Ps of Primary”: Proactivity, Passion and Punctuality.

With her enthusiasm, relationship-focused approach and commitment to excellence, Hope continues to be an integral part of the Manchester Primary team, helping schools find brilliant educators and making a real difference in the process.
