Are you in education and want paid classroom experience?

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a confident, reliable and proactive person to fulfil the role of a classroom support buddy within one of our large SEN schools in Oxford. The position will be supporting students across Primary and Secondary.

You will be assigned key students to work with and will be provided with a programme in which you will be required to assist the students through to ensure significant development to aid with their classroom learning. Students will have a variety of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH SpLD and ADD.

People with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

- Existing Team Teach training (not essential as training can be provided)

- Sports Coaches

- Behaviour management specialists

- Psychology graduates

- Youth workers

- Teaching assistants

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
