Supply Teacher
Job description
Our client secondary schools across Salford are seeking additional supply teachers to ensure consistent classroom coverage and support.
Flexible roles available to suit your availability – whether you're free 2 to 5 days a week, we have opportunities for you.
Key Information:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Daily Rate: £130 – £150 (dependent on experience)
- Locations: Schools across Salford, easily accessible via M62, A580, M66, A56 and public transport links
- Variety: Work across multiple schools with different environments and student groups
Roles Available:
- Supply Teacher: Deliver pre-set lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support student progress
- Cover Supervisor: Ideal for educators without QTS – lead lessons and maintain learning in teacher absence
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans
- Managing classroom behaviour and engagement
- Supporting pupils across a range of abilities
- Collaborating with senior staff to raise attainment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
