Supply Teacher

General Cover Supply Teacher– Start Asap – part/full-time – permanent

One of Teaching Personnel’s client schools are currently looking for a general cover supply teacher to start with them on either a part-time or full-time basis as soon as possible. The school was graded ‘Outstanding’ on its last Ofsted report and services an affluent catchment areas. The school benefits from having a dedicated team of teachers and support staff as well as excellent facilities throughout each department. The school is located in the Trafford area of South Manchester and is easily accessible via public transport (tram and bus) from Manchester city centre and the surrounding areas. It is a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop and is located near to a main road allowing for an easy commute should you have access to a vehicle.

The role would involve covering a range of subjects throughout the school meaning that every day will be different and provide fresh challenges. The school have been needing a lot of supply cover through Teaching Personnel lately, and they would like somebody who could provide a bit of consistency with their cover. The successful candidate would be registered with Teaching Personnel and would be paid through the company, this means that the candidate would not be tied exclusively to the one school, but instead could work in a range of schools on top of the one described should they wish.

• Pay: £600 - £700 per week depending on experience
• Part-Time or Full-time permanent/temporary role available
• Start as soon as possible

The work within lessons would all be provided for the candidate, the successful applicant would just need to be able to confidently deliver these lessons. The school do not require a particular subject specialist; however they would be happy to utilize the candidates expertise in a subject should you be able to offer this.

The candidate must have QTS and should be confident within a classroom setting and willing to get stuck in and try their hand at delivering a range of school subject lessons. This role would appeal to anybody looking to gain more experience within the classroom in a flexible and rewarding role.
