About Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel is one of the largest education recruitment agencies within the UK. With over 20 offices all over the UK we cover the majority of primary and secondary schools. We are currently seeking for qualified teachers who are looking for regular day to day supply work within primary schools and in your local area! As a company we offer flexibility to or agency staff and can offer permanent part or full time work and flexibility over your working hours.

Whilst working for Teaching Personnel each individual is paid a competitive daily rate in accordance to relevant experience, qualifications and teaching ability. Unlike many other agencies, Teaching Personnel has an online portal where schools are able to leave detailed feedback in regards to performance and therefore ensuring that you are rewarded for your hard work. Staffs are eligible to termly pay reviews due to consistent excellent feedback that is given by the school that they have been working at.

What we are looking for?

  • Relevant Educational Qualifications (incl CPD courses)
  • Qualified Teaching Status
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in a school based setting
  • Up to date DBS certificate (or willing to renew)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
