Job description

We are looking for experienced teaching assistants to support in a great SEN school based in Northolt. They are looking for staff to work in replacement of SEN trained staff in their school with long term or short term absences.

The classes are mixed dependent on the pupils learning abilities and needs across KS1 to KS4 with pupils learning according to individualised learning plans. Some pupils are educated in mainstream classes for a proportion of their timetable.

Moving and handling/hoisting experience is ideal to support in complex needs classes and we require someone prepared to support in personal care, class work and overall supervision.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
