We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an SEN Teaching Assistant based in Scarborough. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for working with pupils who have a wide range of needs.
You will need to have experience working with moderate or severe learning difficulties, speech and language difficulties, autism and/behavioural social and emotional difficulties. The school is a specialist provision that provides education for children ageing from 4 to 16; the role will require you to build positive relationships with all students that are assigned to you.
- 1 on 1 or group work within a specialist school
- You will support the delivery of teaching, and learning in key, core and functional skills
- You will help to develop students to become responsible citizens
- You will receive specialist training and support
- Work in an Ofsted rated good school
