Are you a Psychology Graduate, who is excited at the thought of gaining experience working as a Teaching Assistant with pupils with SEN within a mainstream setting?

 

We are currently working with an SEN school in Newbruy who are constantly looking for Teaching Assistants to work either 1:1 with pupils with SEN or as a general TA.

The schools are looking for Psychology graduates who have a career goal to work in Education.

 

 

The Role:

• Supporting the main Teacher in a range of subjects

• Up to GBP80 a day

• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Helping to engage pupils in lessons throughout the day

• Have a drive to ensure all children get the best care that they are entitled to You

• Achieved 2:2 or above

• Understanding of SEN from child development modules or educational Psychology.

• Passionate individual who can bring your supportive approach to helping primary school pupils

• Calm approach to challenging situations

• Flexible communication skills.

 

This particular role is to start as soon as schools re-open- Teaching Personnel are looking to get candidates through the relevant safeguarding checks and procedures so candidates are ready to start as soon as possible. Whilst schools are shut, candidates will have a great opportunity to getting their vetting checks complete.
