3 Teaching Assistant Vacancies – Immediate Start

We have three exciting opportunities for Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive school environment.

This is a chance to work with students aged 11 to 16, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential in a setting that values care, resilience, and growth.


 

About the Role

You’ll be supporting learners who may experience social and emotional challenges such as anxiety, confidence issues, and attachment difficulties. Your role will be key in creating a safe, structured space where students can thrive academically and personally.


 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Help create a nurturing and positive classroom environment

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs
  • A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
