SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time | Poole | Immediate Start

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils in a specialist school setting in Poole.

The Role
This is a full-time position with an immediate start, supporting pupils aged 5 to 15.

You will work 8.45am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday, providing classroom support, 1:1 guidance, and encouragement to help pupils achieve their individual learning goals.

You will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and creative approaches to learning.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN
• Patient, adaptable and passionate about helping children succeed
• Confident building positive relationships and supporting learning engagement
• Able to work full-time hours consistently
Must be a driver due to school location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
