Teaching Personnel are working closely with specialist SEN schools across Crawley, and we’re looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient individuals to join their teams as SEN Teaching Assistants.
This is your opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties—helping them grow in confidence, independence, and life skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping deliver creative, tailored learning activities
- Building meaningful relationships that truly impact lives
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, patient, and adaptable attitude
- Experience with SEN (professional or personal) is a bonus—not essential
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
