A welcoming two-form entry primary school in Burgess Hill is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their team after the May half term.
This role is ideal for someone confident in supporting primary-aged pupils with behavioural needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is looking for a committed individual who can provide consistent support, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils reach their full potential.

Role Requirements
- Experience supporting behavioural needs and/or SEN in a primary setting (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, resilient, and nurturing approach
- An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Understanding of safeguarding (or willingness to complete training via CPD academy)
